A huge and heartfelt thank you to all of you for your ongoing support of Juliette Hogan. As a retail business, the last few weeks have certainly presented some challenges and we are so excited to be in a position to open our stores again on Thursday, however we do so with the safety of our team and our customers at the forefront of every decision that we make.  

SHOP YOUR WAY  

ONLINE | Our online store is always open with Fast & Free Delivery.   

PHONE | If you’d prefer to shop from home but need that personal touch do reach out to your favourite store or JH stylist. Our expert team can talk through your needs and we are able to send Phone Orders to you directly with Fast & Free Delivery.  

INSTORE | Shop instore at any of our boutiques from Thursday  
NB. Our opening hours may differ to allow for private shopping appointments on Monday-Tuesday between 5-6pm, or Wednesday-Friday before midday   

BY APPOINTMENT | JH By-Appointment closed door shopping is now available at any of our boutiques : Monday-Tuesday between 5-6pm, or Wednesday-Friday before midday. Do get in touch with your favourite store or JH stylist to arrange a time.  

CONTACTLESS CLICK/CALL & COLLECT | Order online or by phone before midday for same day contactless collection from any JH store  

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES | We have extended our returns period to 21 days from purchase, and online returns and exchanges can now be accepted and processed in any of our retail stores

WHAT WE ARE DOING INSTORE   

We are in this together, and we kindly ask that you work with us to ensure the instore experience is safe and relaxing for all our customers and our team. Our instore protocols follow the “Retail Protocol for COVID-19" guidance issued 8 May 2020. That guidance is issued by Shopcare and has been assessed by Worksafe NZ. 

We have implemented the following framework to bring you the best and safest instore JH experience:  

- If you are feeling at all unwell, please stay home and browse with us online instead at juliettehogan.com  

- Contactless online registration for all store visits.  

- Limited number of customers per store depending on location   

- 1m personal distance from others at all times   

- Hand sanitiser provided for all customers to use before browsing instore  

- Any garments tried on or returned to our stores will be ‘stood down’ for 24 hours  

- Changing rooms thoroughly cleaned in between each use 

- Strict hygiene practices are in place with frequent cleaning by the JH team of all contact surfaces.
