Shipping, Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

SHIPPING

We experience high sales volumes during our sale period so please allow for a slight delay in your delivery.  Orders placed 25 - 27th December will be dispatched Friday 28th December and any orders place 29 December - 3rd January will be dispatched Friday 4th January. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you. This email will include your tracking information.

When placing your order, please supply a physical address where someone will be available to sign for your order between the delivery hours of 9 am – 5 pm on weekdays. All shipments require a signature upon delivery unless specified otherwise and at the customer's risk. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Any item that is redirected or delayed due to an incorrect address or lack of instructions may alter the delivery timeframe. Any extra charge is at the customer's cost.

*Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered before 5pm on order day. Delivery to the following central Auckland locations only; City Centre, Eden Terrace, Epsom, Freemans Bay, Grafton, Morningside, Mt Eden, Newmarket, Parnell, Ellerslie, Greenlane, Grey Lynn, Herne Bay, Kingsland, Mt Albert, Mt Roskill, Newton, Northcote, Pt Chevalier, Remuera, Sandringham, Takapuna, Western Springs.

RETURNS

Juliette Hogan does not offer refunds or credit notes for purchases made on sale. Please choose your items carefully. In accordance with your legal rights, we will repair, replace or refund any justified complaints where goods are found to be defective as to quality or performance. We are unable to accept returned goods that have been worn or are damaged after purchase.

If you would like to return a full-priced garment you have purchased online with Juliette Hogan, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Purchases made during sale are final and cannot be returned. Please note refunds will not be given on change of mind purchases made in store.

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us on shop@juliettehogan.com to obtain a return authorisation number (RAN) in order to sufficiently fulfil your returns form. This must accompany the items you wish to return.

IN STORE

Please choose your purchase carefully. Juliette Hogan does not offer refunds on change of mind purchases made in store. In accordance with your legal rights, we will repair, replace or refund any justified complaints where goods are found to be defective as to quality or performance. We are unable to accept returned goods that have been worn, are damaged after purchase or were purchased on sale.

EXCHANGES

Should you wish to exchange a full priced garment you have purchased online with Juliette Hogan, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability so please contact shop@juliettehogan.com in order for us to confirm and secure the replacement item. Please note exchanges can only be made via the online stores and not at any Juliette Hogan boutique or retailer.

Once the order has been received, all items will be checked to ensure they are unused, unwashed and unaltered with all correct tags attached. Once cleared, the desired item will be dispatched at the cost of Juliette Hogan. An email will be sent with the relevant tracking information. Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibly of the purchaser. Juliette Hogan takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.
