Should you wish to exchange a full priced garment you have purchased online with Juliette Hogan, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability so please contact shop@juliettehogan.com in order for us to confirm and secure the replacement item. Please note exchanges can only be made via the online stores and not at any Juliette Hogan boutique or retailer.

Once the order has been received, all items will be checked to ensure they are unused, unwashed and unaltered with all correct tags attached. Once cleared, the desired item will be dispatched at the cost of Juliette Hogan. An email will be sent with the relevant tracking information. Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibly of the purchaser. Juliette Hogan takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.
