We are pleased to offer all our Juliette Hogan clients complimentary hemming on selected Dresses, Skirts, Pants, Jeans and Jumpsuits from our collections.

BOOKING YOUR HEMMING AT A JH STORE

Simply organise in store at the time of purchase, or bring your garment into one of our five Juliette Hogan stores within 30 days of purchase, and one of our JH stylists will assist you with taking your measurements and arranging the hemming of your garment. See our Terms and Conditions below.

 

UNABLE TO MAKE IT INTO A JH STORE?

If you are unable to make it to a Juliette Hogan store you may take any eligible JH garment to a hemming supplier of your choice. Once your garment has been hemmed, simply fill out the form below and we will organise an online credit equal to the value of your hemming costs, up to a maximum $30NZD per garment.

To qualify for a credit, you must arrange the hemming of your garment and apply for your credit within 30 days of purchase. We require your contact details, proof of purchase, and copy of receipt from your hemming supplier. Your credit can only be redeemed online at juliettehogan.com.

 

HEMMING A JH GARMENT PURCHASED FROM AN APPROVED JH STOCKIST?

Qualifying Juliette Hogan garments purchased through other approved JH stockists are also eligible for our Hemming Program. You can either bring your garment into one of our stores and we will arrange the hemming for you, or you can apply for a credit equal to the value of your hemming costs, up to $30NZD to spend online at juliettehogan.com

HEMMING FAQ

CAN I LENGTHEN MY HEM AS WELL AS SHORTEN IT?

Yes, if the style allows it. Speak to a JH Stylist for advice.

CAN I USE MY HEMMING CREDIT IN STORE?

No, your hemming credit can only be used online, however our team can assist you with your online purchase in store with instant click and collect if stock allows.

IF I PURCHASED MY JH GARMENT FROM AN APPROVED JH STOCKIST, CAN MY HEMMING CREDIT ALSO BE REDEEMED THERE?

No, this credit is only available to be used on our Juliette Hogan online store.

CAN I ARRANGE HEMMING for my jh garment OVER THE PHONE OR BY EMAIL?

No. At this stage any garments hemmed through Juliette Hogan stores must be organised in person with a JH stylist to ensure all measurements taken are correct.

CAN I GET MY JEANS HEMMED?

We now offer three different options to hem your JH Denim styles.

A wide hem, a false hem or a raw hem. A false hem requires more work, therefore there will be a charge for this service.

Come into store and speak to a JH stylist for more advice.

My hem has come down, what should I do?

We offer a free repair service on our garments. Get in touch with your local store, or direct with us at hello@juliettehogan.com and we can help you with this.

Can Juliette Hogan arrange other alterations for me?

Yes, other alterations are available at a fee. Our JH Stylists can help with your request.

I am not wanting my garment hemmed, am I ABLE TO get another alteration free of charge instead?

No, this offer is only for hemming.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Complimentary hemming is available upon purchase of eligible Juliette Hogan Dresses, Skirts, Pants and Jumpsuits
  • Complimentary hemming is available on selected full priced items. Items purchased on Sale or in Outlet are not eligible for this service
  • Complimentary service is only available for basic hemming of length
  • Complimentary hemming can be organised at point of purchase with your Juliette Hogan Stylist or up to 30 days post purchase
  • Customer can be credited up to $30 if using own supplier for hemming services through our online application form.
  • Application for credit to be received within 30 days of Juliette Hogan purchase
  • Complimentary credit is valid for one year from issue
  • Itemised proof of purchase and proof of hemming service is required for eligibility
  • Proof of Purchase receipts are only accepted from Juliette Hogan stores or approved Juliette Hogan stockists
  • Our Complimentary Hemming Service is eligible with purchases from February 3rd, 2021
  • Phone or email requests for hemming at point of purchase will not be accepted
  • The Juliette Hogan hemming service has a standard lead time of two weeks, all requests must be made in person
  • We cannot accept “change of mind” returns of altered goods
  • Credit is eligible for redemption by the purchaser only
  • This offer cannot be exchanged for another alteration or discount
  • Only one credit application per garment will be accepted
  • Juliette Hogan reserves the right to decline credit applications if incomplete information is received
