By purchasing a garment through Pre Order, you have the opportunity to secure product before it is physically available in our stores. Payment for the garment is required at the time of order placement. You will receive your order in-line with the garment being available instore.

WHAT DOES PRE ORDER MEAN?
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRE ORDER?
All Pre Orders will be dispatched 1-2 days prior to the date the garment is available instore*. Please refer to a garment’s specific product page on our website to see the ‘Available’ date it will be instore. You will receive an Order Confirmation email from us when you place your order, and then another email once your order has been dispatched with courier tracking information.
*Please allow an additional 1-3 days for delivery to NZ Rural and Australian orders and 3-7 days for the Rest of the World
THE STYLE OR SIZE I WAnt IS 'SOLD OUT' FOR PRE ORDER. HAVE I MISSED OUT COMPLETELY?
Generally we will only release a limited quantity of the available stock for Pre Order & the remaining stock will be available in store from the garment's launch date. In this instance, please register online or reach out to one of our team to ensure that you are personally notified as soon the garment is physically available in store. However, please note that this stock is also subject to availability and we cannot always guarantee your size will be available.
Some of our garments are available by Pre Order Only. This will be clearly indicated on the garment's product page. If your size is sold out on a Pre Order Only product, then sorry, you have missed out. Do reach out to the team to see if we can help out to find you an alternative garment.
CAN I PLACE A PRE ORDER THROUGH YOUR RETAIL STORES?
All Pre Orders are placed through our online store. However, our team can assist you instore to place your order and answer any questions you may have.
CAN I PURCHASE MY PRE ORDER USING AFTERPAY OR LAYBUY?
Yes, you can. Our standard payment terms & conditions apply. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay, LayBuy and Juliette Hogan Gift Vouchers.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GARMENT PURCHASED ON PRE ORDER?
Yes, of course. Our Standard Returns Policy applies to all Pre Orders. If you would like to return or exchange a garment you have Pre Ordered online with Juliette Hogan, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted if:
- Good are returned within 14 days of delivery
- All original swing tags are attached
- Goods are unaltered and deemed re-saleable
- Proof of purchase is provided
CAN I TRY THE PRODUCT ON BEFORE I PRE ORDER?
No. Pre Order is an opportunity to secure a garment before it launches instore so the garment will not be available to try on. Our experienced retail store teams are available by phone, email or live chat to answer any questions you may have on style, sizing, and fit, plus our Standard Returns Policy applies to any garments purchased by Pre Order.
I WANT TO PRE ORDER MULTIPLE PIECES. WILL I RECEIVE THEM AT THE SAME TIME?
Pre Order items will be dispatched in-line with the garment being launched instore. If the garments that you have ordered have different ‘Available’ dates or if you place an order containing a Pre Order item and an item that is already available, they will be dispatched separately.
Please refer to a garment’s specific product page on our website to see the ‘Available’ date it will be instore. You will receive an Order Confirmation email from us when you place your order, then another email once your order has been dispatched detailing which garments are included and courier tracking information.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY PRE ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY?
You may cancel your Pre Order at any time, prior to the dispatch, to receive a full refund. If you wish to make any changes to your Pre Order please do ASAP so we are can capture changes prior to dispatch and confirm availability of the change.
