WHAT ARE THE LEAD TIMES FOR THE DRESSES?
Please allow 8 weeks for production and an additional 2 weeks should the production time of your order fall over the Christmas/New Year period. Order acceptance is at the discretion of Juliette Hogan Ltd.
HELP! I AM GETTING MARRIED IN 6 WEEKS. CAN YOU MAKE A BRIDESMAID DRESS FOR ME IN TIME?
Our standard production time is 8 weeks. Please email bridal@juliettehogan.com to check in to see if we are able to fit you into our production schedule (express orders will incur a surcharge).
CAN YOU CUSTOMISE THE FIT OF THE COLLECTION?
You can MIX AND MATCH dress bodices and skirts and the garment can be made in your colour of choice, however we are unable to accomodate custom alterations or hemming to our Bridesmaid collection. Our dresses have been designed so that alterations to the bodice lengths and hemming will be able to be carried out by your alterations expert. Yes we ship to most countries around the world, however the price of shipping varies. Please view our shipping terms and conditions here.
WILL I BE CHARGED DUITES / TAXES FOR THESE?
Any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Juliette Hogan takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Bridemaid dresses are available to purchase online only and payment is required in full to confirm your order and start the production of your dresses. We accept all major credit cards.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE COLOURS OR STYLES I HAVE ORDERED?
We are only able to accept changes to your order (size, colour) for 24 hours from the completion of your order online. As all of our bridesmaid dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept any changes after this point.
