RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A GARMENT YOU HAVE PURCHASED ONLINE WITH JULIETTE HOGAN

If you would like to return a full-priced garment you have purchased online with Juliette Hogan, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability so please contact hello@juliettehogan.com in order for us to confirm and secure the replacement item.

Items must be returned via tracked courier. Juliette Hogan takes no responsibility for items lost in transit. Costs incurred for the return shipping of the purchase to Juliette Hogan is the responsibility of the customer unless the garment is faulty or incorrect. Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibly of the customer.

Once the return is received by Juliette Hogan Ltd, it will undergo a quality control check to ensure it is unused, unwashed and unaltered and has all the correct tags attached including swing tags, return tags and any garment care tags.

If the garment(s) has been accepted as eligible for return, our Head Office will process the refund and you will receive confirmation via email. Please allow 2 -3 days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds must be to the same card used in the original purchase. If the return is for an exchange, the desired item will be dispatched at the cost of Juliette Hogan. An email will be sent with the relevant tracking information.

Online returns will be accepted at any of our four retail stores with the correct documentation (Online Returns Form), however refunds will only be processed by our Online Team.

CLICK/CALL & COLLECT

Click/Call & collection allows you to order online and pick up your order from your preferred store.

If the store has the item/s in stock from your selected store, we will work to have your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours. You will receive an email from the store as soon as your purchase is ready for collection.

If you have placed a Click/Call and Collect order and the item/s are not available in that store, we will be working behind the scenes to get your order to the collection location within our standard shipping times of 1-3 days.

For online purchases, simply choose your preferred store location at checkout. You will receive an email as soon as your purchase is ready for collection.
