Last week was a big one for Team JH. It was such an honour to be recognised at the Westpac Business Awards receiving the Excellence in Customer Service and Excellence in Marketing Awards, as well as the Supreme Business Excellence Award across all categories.

Our dedicated team works so hard across the entire business, and these awards are such a testament to their collective efforts to deliver the best experience for our customers; from our amazing in store stylists to our behind the scenes efforts across training, digital and marketing, design, production, strategy and planning.

We are extremely proud of this achievement as we look back at a challenging, dynamic, exciting, and at times confronting couple of years. Collectively we have shown strong resilience as we adapted to a new normal, tapping into our team’s individual strengths and emerging more unified than ever before.

A huge thank you to my team for their above and beyond efforts - within their roles and the work that went into entering these awards. I couldn’t be more proud.
