WHAT IS A RESERVE LIST?


A Reserve List is only available to certain loyalty levels. Your Reserve List is stored within your Client Profile and allows you to register your interest in products before they are available. Saving products to your Reserve List means that, when possible, products will be reserved for you when they become available, stock availability allowing.

 

WHAT CAN I PUT IN MY RESERVE LIST?


Any product that is Coming Soon or has a re-stock date on the website can be added to your Reserve List.

You cannot have more than one of the same product in your Reserve List or have the same product on both your Reserve List and Wish List. You can have alternative sizes in separate lists if you wish. Alternatively, please contact the team to assist you with your specific request.

Items must be added to your Reserve List a minimum of five working days before the product is due into stock, based on the instore date we advertise on the website.

 

IF I PUT A PRODUCT ON MY RESERVE LIST, DOES THIS GUARANTEE I WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE IT?


When the product is available, we will endeavour to secure the product in a hold for you. Sometimes we may not be able to guarantee product for you if the item is produced with limited quantities or is heavily requested.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN AN ITEM ON MY RESERVE LIST BECOMES AVAILABLE?


When a product on your Reserve List becomes available you will be contacted by email, and the item will be placed on hold for you at your Preferred Store. If we have not been able to allocate product to your request, you will be notified, and the item will remain on your Reserve List in the case that the product does becomes available.

 

HOW LONG WILL AN ITEM BE RESERVED FOR WHEN IT BECOMES AVAILABLE?


The product/s will be placed on hold for 48 hours. Please contact the team if you need to extend this timeframe.

 

HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY RESERVE LIST?


Products can be added to your Reserve List directly from the Juliette Hogan website, or by registering your request with the team in-store. Your Reserve List will be saved within your Client Profile for you to edit and view.

Items must be added to your Reserve List a minimum of five working days before the product is due into stock, based on the instore date we advertise on the website.

Items can be added to your Reserve List by clicking “Add to Reserve List” on the product page. This option will only be available when logged into your Client profile.

 

CAN I MOVE ITEMS FROM MY WISH LIST TO MY RESERVE LIST?


Products can be moved between your Reserve List and Wish List. To do this, within your list select the “move to” button on the product you wish to move.

 

WHAT STORE WILL ITEMS BE RESERVED IN WHEN THEY BECOME AVAILABLE?


When a product is added to your Reserve List, you will be required to select your Preferred Store. This is the store your item will be held in, subject to availability. If your Preferred Store is Online, our online team will be in touch regarding your request.

 

WHAT IF I DON’T GET ALLOCATED THE PRODUCT FOR AN ITEM ON MY RESERVE LIST?


If we are not able to allocate product to your request, you will be notified via email. The product requested will remain on your Reserve List in case any become available at a later date.

 

HOW LONG WILL ITEMS STAY IN MY RESERVE LIST?


Items you add to your Reserve List will remain in your list until:
- The product is removed by you or the store team
- The product is purchased

 

WHY CAN I NOT ADD AN ITEM TO MY RESERVE LIST?


You may not be able to add an item to your Reserve List if the product’s in-store date is less than five working days away, or the reserve option has been removed due to a high number of requests. Please contact our store team directly if you have any issues adding items to your Reserve List.

 

WHAT IS MY PREFERRED STORE?


Your Preferred Store is nominated in your Client Profile. You will also be prompted to select your Preferred Store when adding items to your Reserve List. This is the store which you have a preference to shop at and which any items on your Reserve List will be sent to for you. Your Preferred Store can be updated at any time. Your Preferred Store can be any of our five physical locations, or our
online store.
