If you would like to return a full-priced garment you have purchased online with Juliette Hogan, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Purchases made during sale are final and cannot be returned. Please note refunds will not be given on change of mind purchases made in store.
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain the necessary information to begein the returns process. You will be supplied a return authorisation number (RAN) in order to sufficiently fulfil your returns form. This must accompany the items you wish to return.
When the order is received, it will undergo a quality control check to ensure it is unused, unwashed and unaltered with all the correct tags attached including swing tags, return tags and any garment care tags. Once the order has been declared eligible for return, our online team will process the refund and you will receive confirmation via email. Please allow 2 -3 days for the return to appear in your account.
Please choose your purchase carefully. Juliette Hogan does not offer refunds on change of mind purchases made in store. In accordance with your legal rights, we will repair, replace or refund any justified complaints where goods are found to be defective as to quality or performance. We are unable to accept returned goods that have been worn, are damaged after purchase or were purchased on sale.
