RETURNING AN ONLINE PURCHASE
You may return any full-priced garment you have purchased from Juliette Hogan for refund, exchange or credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns of sale (discounted) products will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, and for exchange or credit only (no refunds).
Please follow the returns procedure outlined below.
Please package the garment carefully, ensuring your name, address, and order details are clearly written on the outside of the package.
Either (a) drop the return off at your nearest JH store, or (b) return to the following addresses via tracked courier.
International & NZ North Island:

Items must be returned via tracked courier, or returned to one of our stores.
Shipping costs back to Juliette Hogan are the responsibility of the client.
Item(s) must be returned unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with tags attached.
We do not refund sale products: exchange or credit only.
Exchanges can only be made by Juliette Hogan Online or in our stores and not at a Juliette Hogan stockist.
Items purchased from a Juliette Hogan stockist need to be returned directly to the stockist
Exchanges are subject to availability so please contact email@example.com in order for us to confirm and secure the replacement item.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
When returning a full-priced item, you can choose to receive a refund or JH store credit. Returns of sale (discounted) items are not eligible for a refund, but you can choose to receive a JH store credit.
Please note that refunds can take up to 2 working days to be processed once received, and can take a further 3-5 working days to show in your account. Please note the shipping cost will be excluded from the refund value.
