PLEASE NOTE:

• Items must be returned via tracked courier, or returned to one of our stores.
• Shipping costs back to Juliette Hogan are the responsibility of the client.
• Item(s) must be returned unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with tags attached.
• We do not refund sale products: exchange or credit only. Archive sale products are not eligible for return.
• Exchanges can only be made by Juliette Hogan Online or in our stores and not at a Juliette Hogan stockist.
• Items purchased from a Juliette Hogan stockist need to be returned directly to the stockist.

Exchanges are subject to availability so please contact hello@juliettehogan.com in order for us to confirm and secure the replacement item.

When returning a full-priced item, you can choose to receive a refund or JH credit. Returns of sale (discounted) items are not eligible for a refund, but you can choose to receive a JH store credit.

Please note that refunds can take up to 2 working days to be processed once received, and can take a further 3-5 working days to show in your account. Please note the shipping cost will be excluded from the refund value.
