It was an honour to celebrate our Excellence in Customer Service Award with the team at the Newmarket Business Awards on Friday night. Our team works so hard across the whole business to bring our customers the best experience possible. To me this award recognises the collective efforts of the wider jh team, from our amazing in store stylists to our behind the scenes efforts across training, digital and marketing, design, production and planning which all work together to enhance our in store experience.
We are extremely proud of our team as we look back at a challenging, dynamic, exciting, and at times confronting year. Collectively we have adapted to a new normal, and tapped into our team’s individual strengths emerging more unified than ever before.
We love being a part of the Newmarket community, and we are excited about the year ahead as we look to reinvest in the precinct with an upgrade to our store later in 2021. Our Newmarket store as our main hub for online distribution and customer service has been such an integral part of our journey, with the team rising to new challenges outside of the traditional retail environment and it is such an honour for them to receive recognition for this. They have been challenged more than ever before and proved themselves time and again delivering excellence in customer service, not only to the Newmarket shoppers, but to our customers all over the world.
